The CEO of Kofas Media, Kofi Asamoah and his colleague Peter Sedufia of Old Film Production, producers of Keteke and Side Chick Gang movies have teamed up to work on a new project titled “Away Bus”. The two renowned filmmakers at a press conference held in Accra on Friday, March 15 announced that they have agreed to produce their first film which will premiere on Easter Saturday across the country.
The film, Away Bus, according to the producers will feature some of the top stars in the country. Renowned actors Kofi Asamoah and Peter Sedufia named as part of the yet-to-be-shot movie included Agya Koo, Yvonne Okoro, Salma Mumin, John Dumelo, Abeiku Santana, Tracey Boakye, Moesha Boduong, Rosemond Brown, Fella Makafui, Akrobeto, Master Richard, Umar Krupp, Ahuofe Patri, and many others.
Producers of the movie at the press conference added that shoot for ‘Away Bus’ will start from Friday, March 22 and will last for 14 days. The star-studded film will be premiered on April 20 across the country, zionfelix.net can add.
Unlike previous productions of Kofi Asamoah where he made the budget for the movie known, Kofas as he is fondly called this time told the press that he will communicate cash they are pumping into the movie before the premiere.
