Radio personality, Jay Foley says it’s imperative for people in the entertainment industry to be happy and support their colleagues who are excelling and putting the country on the “map”.

After Beyonce’s “Lion King” earned a nomination at the GRAMMYS, there has been divided support for Shatta Wale whose name also featured.

Some media personalities have come out to dispute the fact that the artiste is a nominee.

Speaking on the issue, Jay Foley mentioned that Ghana had never been on the GRAMMYS before and there is therefore the need to support any Ghanaian who has attained such a feat rather than sabotaging such people.

He said ”once upon a time we were not there, today we are almost there so let us be happy among ourselves”.
