Comedian and actor Oboy Salinko known in private life as Abraham Kofi Davies has given an advice to Ghanaians to be careful of commenting on the two Guantanamo Bay detainees’ stay here in the country.

According to the parliamentary hopeful in an interview on Bekwai based Dess FM 90.3 with Anning Ogee Oscar on Dess Entertainment Show, any comment which will go against the alleged terrorist groups from which the two, Bin Atif and Salif Al Dhuby come from can bring a disaster to the nation.

He continued to say that Ghanaians have a lot to talk against the NDC government rather than spending more time on talking about the two Guantanamo detainees.

“My advice to my fellow Ghanaians is to be careful on any comment they make concerning the Guantanamo detainees since it may result to a terrorist attack here in our country. The various terrorist groups are watching closely from afar about the way most Ghanaians are talking against their acts.
We have a lot of economic incompetencies of the NDC government to talk about. We have to focus on that and stop commenting on the two detainees.”

Oboy Salinko has picked a form to run on the ticket of the Progressive People’s Party(PPP) in the parliamentary elections in the Atwima Kwanwoma Consistency of the Ashanti Region.

The presence of the two Guantanamo detainees from the US  into Ghana has come under a heavy criticisms from a section of Ghanaians who are  demanding that the two should be sent back whiles reports from the United States indicates that it is impossible to return them  to the US since the deal according to them is a done deal.
