Highlife musician and 1^st Vice President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), has expressed his admiration for Okyeame Kwame’s stagecraft.

After Okyeame Kwame’s awesome performance at the 2019 PANFEST in Cape Coast, the venerated musician said he was shocked by Okyeame’s stagecraft and agility on stage.

“I was really impressed by his performance. It was very energetic and professional,” he said.

The show, which was one of the activities for the ‘Year of Return’ was organised on 27th July, 2019 at Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

Okyeame Kwame came on stage in a colourful red royal robe and left the stage topless.

The live performance was so electrifying that at a point the patrons could not help but to dance, sing along to the song being performed by OK.

The Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Barbara Oteng Gyasi and Rabbi Kohain, the Founder of Panafest were all up on their feet during the performance.

Okyeame Kwame dished out back to back hits, from ‘Mesan Aba’ to ‘Made in Ghana’, ‘Tintinto’, ‘Bra’, ‘Ino Be My Matter’, ‘Faithful’ and others.The week-long program saw many activities but the one that caught attention was the music night which had Okyeame Kwame, Lady Prempeh, Bessa Simons, Amandzeba, the Patch Bay band, and others on the bill.
Okyeame Kwame’s ‘Made in Ghana’ album is still selling hot on Aftown and other online music storres.
