Events house, Charterhouse, have sued a certain Charles Armah Mensah Jnr. to the tune of some 10 million Ghana cedis, for defamation.

The artist, who calls himself ‘Dancehall King’ is to be served with a writ, ahead of an October 20 court appearance.

A letter dated October 2, 2014, from the Plantiff’s lawyers, Faibille & Faibille, have prayed an Accra court to inter alia award damages over some videos he posted online days ago, which largely sought to ridicule the company and it’s Director, Iyiola Ayoade.
