Award-winning DJ and video director Richmond Pokoo popularly known as DJ Pakorich has been nominated in this years’ edition of the Ghana DJ Awards.

The Afrofuse host on Zylofon TV was named in the Best Video Jockey of the year category. Other nominees include DJ Xpliph (GHoneTV) and DJ Fresh (Joy Prime).

The event is scheduled for November 2, 2019 at the National Theatre in Accra. Theme for this year’s Ghana DJ Awards is ‘Party In Ghana’.

Besides, DJ Pakorich’s “Yewo Adze Oye” which was released at the beginning of this year has earned him 3 nominations in the 2019 Central Music Awards.

The music project featured musicians such as Eshun, Teephlow, Koby Symple, Boggy Wenzday, Kahpun & Renner with the video being directed by Abass, creative director at Zylofon Media & Desert Film.
