Under the management of Harbour City Recordz, Afro-beat and Highlife music group, GALLAXY has indicated that although they were billed on quite an interesting number of shows last year; “we were displeased with how some event organisers handled their very own shows. In fact, everything about their events was poorly organised.”

Adding, “We are the most expensive music group in Ghana at the moment and a lot goes into our out and about, hence, we will not be happy to be taking for granted.”

According to the music group, “We appreciate the level at which we are, not because we as well as the record label managing are new on the music scene; but for us to be billed to perform on almost all the well-organized and recognised events last year indeed proves a good beginning to our greatness.”

The ‘Holla at me’ artistes further indicated that 2014 was indeed an awesome year with the whelming acceptance the group received from the music community, “now music enthusiasts know Gallaxy especially with our Highlife song, ‘Wodo nti’, ‘Bokoboko’, ‘Tweaa’ and ‘Holla at me’.”

“We are grateful to our fans and music fanatics who heightened our chances to earning nominations in the 2014 4syte Music Video Awards with our songs, ‘Bokoboko and the controversial ‘Tweaa’ in the’ ‘Discovery of the year’ and ‘Best Group Video’ categories,” the music group said in an interview.

On collaborations, Gallaxy noted that their fans and music lovers should expect something new from their camp as at when they have to do collaborations indicating, “2O15 is going to be a great year for us and we are promising all our fans to be on the look out for more hit songs.”

With their songs based on concepts of our everyday life and its experiences, Gallaxy has songs including ‘Bokoboko’, ‘Ye Mame’, ‘Wodo nti’, ‘World Cup cheer song’ and ‘Holla at me’ among others.
