Tulenkey, promising Ghanaian artiste whose recent work “Fuck Boiz” is enjoying massive rotation online, mainstream radio and clubs in and outside Ghana, has revealed his intention to do a remix of his song with Falz.

He made the disclosure Friday on the X-Jam Show hosted by Thompson CD Nortey on Xlive Africa, following comment by the host that his fans all over have been requesting to hear a remix of that song with Falz, one of Nigeria’s most eccentric rappers.

Apparently, a lot of people have confessed that the first name that comes to mind when they hear the song is Falz.

Giving insight into “Fvck Boiz”, Tulenkey revealed that the song was written about two years ago, in 2016, but at that time he felt that it wasn’t good enough. He recalled that while working on a mix-tape with his team recently, a random beat was dropped by his engineer that caught his attention. He decided to try the lyrics of the song he wrote two years ago on it, and that is how the song was born .

Tulenke believes that he’s really close to being on the VGMA and even winning an award, in the near future. He asserted that the current trend of top artistes in the industry featuring the upcoming ones provides an opportunity of growth for upcoming artistes.

When Thompson asked him if he thinks artistes already in the scene consider the upcoming ones as a threat, he confidently replied in the affirmative. Perhaps that’s one of the reasons there is a sudden wave of collaborations between them and the upcoming artistes, he analysed, “when they drop , we drop”.

Tulenkey says he wrote his first song in Primary Six (6). He began his elementary education at Mount Olivers, continued at PRESEC Legon, then proceeded to the Ghana Telecom University College before ending up at Abro media where he studied sound engineering.

His parents weren’t really supportive initially with his decision to do music but then when they returned home from abroad and found him still busy with music after his graduation from GTUC, they just let him be.

He said he had tried soccer, a bit of drawing, and all, but then, “there’s nothing I do better than music”.

When asked about his inspiration, he mentioned Kanye West : kanye West’s lyric composition skills and stage craft .

Tulenke hopes to one day do collaborations with Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar, and also Drake.

“It’s a journey, so when I get there I’ll get there”, this was his answer when asked if he will ever give up on music .
