“STEM can promote eco and environment sustainability”. This has always been my belief. To turn this belief into reality, I have been engaged in a lot of activities and campaigns to help primarily use Science and Technology to promote a better and sustainable environment. Due to this crazy passion that drives me, I founded NatureSTEM which has been one of my best initiatives for my society and nation as a whole. NatureSTEM aims at promoting the study of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics as well as using this knowledge to enhance the field of environmental sustainability through ideas such as segregated recycling.

The main objectives of NatureSTEM include:

1. Enhancing awareness in the field of STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics). This is to enlighten the passion and build the interest of Science and Technology in our youth.

2. NatureSTEM was also created to use Science and Technology to promote environmental(eco) sustainability. Preserving and making the best out of the environment is another potential aim for NatureSTEM. For example, promoting the field of recycling with the use of Science and Technology.

3.  There is a misconception that technology, science and industrialisation degrade the quality of the environment. With the activities and awareness created by NatureSTEM, the misconception is eradicated and people appreciate the efforts that Science and Technology are making to improve upon the environment.

4. Also with NatureSTEM, the full potential of the environment is put to good use with the least form of degradation. That is, the best is made out of the environment without causing excess harm to it.

With this project, I hope people are made aware of the influence of the STEM field and also appreciate the positive impact it could have on the environment as well.
