Legendary Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, professionally known as 2Baba has quashed rumours that his marriage with Annie Idibia is in crisis.

There have been speculations that all is not well in 2Baba’s marriage after he posted a tweet on Monday, apologizing to his wife for messing up again.

“I’m sorry to say that I have fucked up so much. I have fucked up as a role model, as a father and as a husband. Annie, I’m sorry. I know you tried your best,” he tweeted.

The tweet sparked rumours that the multiple award-winning singer and father-of-seven may have cheated on his wife.

It is well documented that musician cheated and fathered five children with two women — Sumbo Ajaba and Pero Adeniyi — during the time he was dating Annie, so cheating on her again was not far-fetched.

However, 2Baba has subtly denied the breakup rumours hinting that all was well in his home.

While posting a humorous clip on Instagram, Idibia stated that there was no cause for alarm while bemoaning how quick people run with bad news.

“????????lets try 2 celebrate positive things more. bad news 2 dey fly quick. why good news no dey fly like this. no cause 4 alarm. make we laff this one small. #onelove,” he stated.
