Twenty one contestants had a rare opportunity of sitting under the tutelage of the wife of the British High Commissioner on Thursday, October 29 as part of their final preparations towards the Miss Ghana 2015.

The ladies who were elated to meet Mrs. Carolina Benjamin – Vásquez were challenged to always be their best and confident wherever they find themselves. According to Speaker, most people of African descent get intimated when they meet other competitors on an international platform and this negatively affects their performance. She encouraged them to always believe in themselves and be positive.

Mrs. Carolina Benjamin – Vásquez encouraged the ladies to continue the charitable projects and to positively affect their communities. The noble woman added that, there will be the need to solicit financial support for their projects and that does not come easy. She urged them to be hardworking and persistent in order to make a positive impact with their projects.

Mrs. Carolina Benjamin – Vásquez who is Business Administrator with a passion for makeup artistry coached the Miss Ghana 2015 finalists on the art of make up. She said it was to complement the total appearance and must be suitable for different occasions.
Miss Ghana 2015 final comes off on Saturday, November 7 at the Accra International Conference Center. Artistes expected to perform at the grand finale of the event are Noella Wiyala, Gyedu Blay Ambolley, Steve Bedi and Sherrifa Gunu.

Tickets for this year’s grand finale are selling at Gh100 and Gh200 for VIP and VVIP respectively. Tickets can be purchased at Pappa’s Pizza East Legon, Citi FM, Chase Labone, Chase Osu, Honeysuckle in Osu, Honey Suckle in A&C Mall and EEGL office.
