Artiste Management and what it entails for some time now has been a topic for discussion.

Most often, the argument has been, why should an artiste have a manager and what will his or her role be, what traits should an artiste portray before anyone take up the mantle of managing him or her.

For the former manager of Shatta Wale, Bulldog, being serious about your craft and having the zeal to sell yourself to the world is what attracts him to an artiste.

On his past relationship with the self acclaimed dancehall king(Shatta Wale), Bulldog said, in his line of managing artiste, he has never seen anyone who is passionate about his music like the Chop Kiss singer.

“I have not worked with anyone with serious work ethics like Shatta Wale, he does not joke with his music and for me if you can behave like that and if that is what you want you will get it.

“That is one of the finest things he has that most artisteS do not have,” he said in a interview on Metro TV.

“If you are an artiste and you come into this world to joke and do woamen, that is what the business will give you but if you come and you want to go the world, you will go to the world. Someone like Rocky Dawuni, he has gone to the world. The bottom line, blacks are the most powerful creatures on earth” he added.
