Waist training is not the cause of my kidney disease – Princess Shyngle

Actress Princess Shyngle has debunked the news that her recent kidney disease is due to the use of waist trainers.

Last week on Instagram, the actress shared a picture of herself on the hospital bed undergoing treatment adding that her fans should intercede on her behalf when praying.

She captioned the photo; “Hospital bound…. Kidney disease healing mercies oh Lord need your prayers ya’ll. . . . God bless”.

After the news went round, many criticized her and attributed her predicaments to her effort to obtain an hour glass figure.

The actress who was obviously not happy about the development of the news took to the same medium to express her disappointment.

She shared a video of herself in a waist trainer saying that, her kidney disease has nothing to do with her waist training and added that, she is still in the waist training business.

Princess also seized the opportunity to educate the public on the causes of kidney disease among which waist training is not included.

She wrote; On a normal day I would just ignore everything people are saying about my illness, but I decided not to because of two reasons

1: to make it very clear to everyone that waist training had absolutely nothing to do with me having a kidney infection and

2: to educate women out there about kidney infection, the causes and how to prevent it so it doesn’t happen to anyone because it can be deadly.

Kidney infections typically occurs when bacteria enters your urinary tract through the tube that carries urine from your body (urethra) and begins to multiply. A kidney infection can sometimes be mistaken for kidney stones or vice versa, so it’s best to visit your local urologist, like Advanced Urology, to ensure that you can get the right diagnosis, as left untreated both can be dangerous.

Causes of a kidney infection

(I. By not urinating and keeping urine

2. Urinating in public toilets.

3. Urinating in the streets.

4. Wearing dirty underwear etc).

These can be prevented, when you wash your underwear always put them out in the sun to dry, never sit on public toilets to urinate always squat, and whenever you feel like urinating just go do it, don’t keep it in your system.

Symptoms are

1. Unable to breath, 2. Back pains, 3. Abdominal pains , 4 Headaches etc.

Untreated kidney infection can lead to kidney disease which can permanently lead to kidney damage and eventually death.

I hope I’ve helped someone today. God bless each and everyone that genuinely got worried about me, prayed for me, checked up on me and put a smile on my face, ya’ll made me get through this and I want to say a big Thank youuuuuuuu, God bless ya’ll”.
