Wendy Shay, has for the first time, spoken about reports that went viral somewhere last year that she was caught in bed with her manager, Bullet. 

According to her, they were indeed in bed but not for what people thought, explaining that it was only for media attention. 

The ‘Astalavita’ hitmaker was reluctant in speaking about that incident, according to a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Pulse.com.gh. 

And when she found her voice to speak, she stated plainly that “it cannot be real, it was just staged for publicity stunt.”

She indicated that it was the style of RuffTown Records to ride on controversies for fame, and the video of them being caught in bed was in that light.

“You know, there’s a type of way we bring out our music, and as you can see Rufftown Records is actually surrounded with a lot of controversies, this is showbiz and it’s a show and it’s also a business so somethings can be staged,” Wendy Shay disclosed. 

She added that her management had already achieved the purpose of that controversy, urging Ghanaians to forget it and move on.

Meanwhile, Wendy Shay has also made up with Mzgee, a presenter of Joy FM, whom she had a misunderstanding with. Wendy had described a “Who is Wendy Shay?” questioned asked her by the reporter as a “dumb question” and walked out on her. She was heavily criticised by Ghanaians for her action, but now, Wendy seems to have repented.
