Popular journalist and newscaster, Nana Aba Anamoah has sent a subtle reply to Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan over his intention to divorce his wife, Gifty Gyan.

YEN.com.gh reported on Monday night that Gyan had filed a suit at the Divorce and Matrimonial Division of the High Court, Accra seeking to leave his marriage of five years.

According to the report, the Black Stars captain had also denied being the father of their three children. He has, therefore, demanded a DNA test to be carried out on all three children to determine if he is their father.

Reacting to the news, Nana Aba Anamoah has thrown her weight behind Gifty without mincing words. Though Nana Aba failed to mention names, she insinuated that the footballer was just trying to disgrace his wife.

“Opana Wants to disgrace his wife but social media will not agree, We will stand by her like mighty power, Esi h? potiiii,” she posted on Twitter.

Even though Nana Aba did not specify as to whether she was speaking about the ongoing issue between the Black Stars captain and his wife, her followers connected the dots and it turned out to be a whole debate on the divorce suit.
