Lenovo, through its subsidiary, Motorola Mobility, has unveiled in Ghana its latest mobile device, the Moto Z, in partnership with MTN Ghana.
Powerful and beautiful, the Moto Z is taking a stand against incremental innovation in the premium smartphone category. Moto Z is the world’s thinnest premium smartphone and is compatible with the all new Moto Mods – giving consumers the ability to change their phone in a snap.
Say Hello to the Moto Z:
Made from military aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel, the stunning new Moto Z is durable, yet razor thin – just 5.2mm – and ultra-light with a 5.5” Quad HD AMOLED display. The latest device from Motorola also packs an incredibly powerful Qualcomm® SnapdragonTM 820 processor, available with 4GB of RAM and 32 GB or 64 GB of storage inside. For even more space to store pictures, videos and apps, just add a microSD card up to 2 TB.
The Moto Z has a high-resolution 13MP camera with optical image stabilization and laser autofocus, helping people take beautiful, true-to-life pictures in any light, because the perfect moment doesn’t always mean perfect conditions. The front-facing 5MP camera includes a wide-angle lens, which is great for fitting friends in the picture. And, with an extra flash on the front, everybody in the group looks their best – even in low light.
What’s more, the water-repellant coating means rain, splashes or spills won’t get in the way and with its fingerprint reader, a touch will instantly wake up your phone.
Up to 30 hours of battery will keep users going all day and well into the night without needing to stop and recharge. But when it’s time to power up, you’ll get up to 8 hours of power in just 15 minutes with Turbo Power™.
Transform your phone in a snap:
Meet the all-new Moto Mods, the next era of mobile technology. Moto Mods allow you to transform your Moto Z in a snap. From instant party maker with the JBL® Sound Boost to a 70-inch movie projector with the Moto Insta-Share Projector. The Power Pack Moto Mod instantly adds up to 22 hours of life to your phone and the Hasselblad TruZoom Moto Mod provides 10x optical zoom in an instant.
The connection process is simple too. High-powered magnets connect Moto Mods to the Moto Z so users can easily snap them together as their needs change. Since function never goes out of style, the Moto Mods developed today are designed to work with future generations of Moto Z phones.
