Lawyers for embattled musician, Kwaw Kese, have failed to secure a bail for him, after filing a motion on health grounds.

The Kumasi High Court, presided over Justice Edward Apenkwa, ruled that his lawyers failed to produce a medical report to support their claims.

Kwaw Kese, who was discharged from the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital yesterday after being admitted over what was believed to be stomach ache, may have to wait till December 22, to know his fate.

Kese had made an appearance in court on Monday, hoping to be granted bail.
