Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim on Thursday March 12, 2015 led a walk through the major streets of Ghana’s capital, Accra, to mark World Kidney Day.

The walk according to the actress was to create the awareness and help people understand the importance of the kidneys, with the hope that, her efforts will help reduce the frequency and impact of kidney disease and its associated health problems in Ghana.

The actress and her team shared free bottled water to pedestrians on that day, a gesture which according to her signifies the importance of water as the most recommended fluid for the body.
