The long awaited 2014 World Cup tournament is here with us and the Black Stars are in Brazil to make us proud. Over 7,000 Ghanaian fans will be virtually represented at the 2014 World Cup tournament in Brazil through one giant Ghana flag; the Flag of Vim. This has been made possible through the Flag of Vim campaign which gave Ghanaians the opportunity to show their unflinching support for the Black Stars.

The 8×100 feet Ghana flag was officially handed over the Millennium Supporters Union of Ghana (MISUGHA) on Monday as directed by the Youth & Sports Minister, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah for the group to be the custodians of the flag in Brazil.
They are to display it for the world to see anytime Ghana is billed to play.
The Flag of Vim went round collecting signatures and goodwill messages of Ghanaians and some non-Ghanaians from all walks of life as a means of displaying their patriotism and faith in the senior national team who are making their third appearance at the World Cup.
The Flag of Vim campaign was well received as many considered it a novel idea and lauded the campaign team for taking the initiative.
People were eager to sign onto it to be represented due to their inability to physically travel to Brazil to witness the tournament.
According to Lym Haus Solutions, the rationale behind the campaign was to give Ghana the chance to have an overwhelming presence in Brazil through the signatures.
The sole aim is for the flag to invoke in the Stars, the faith of a nation and the hope of a people as it hangs in the stadium.
Media houses including, Citi FM, Metro TV, Multi TV, TV3, Choice FM, Radio XYZ, Asempa FM, Live FM, Nhyira FM, Goal.com, and celebrity blogger, Ameyaw Debrah all pitched in to get the message out there.
The Flag of Vim campaign is a Lym Haus Solutions initiative; a leading creative communications company in Ghana.
